Club Notes March 23rd

RFL Men: Our reserves had a good win away to the Harps on St. Patrick’s Day. In their second league outing, the lads came out on top with a scoreline of Harps 1-7, Faughs 2-12.
Next up is a home game against Emyvale this coming Saturday.

Date for Diary: Saturday 7th April, 4pm, Muckno Park. The McDermott Family are holding a Pyjama 5K in memory of their little angel Lucy. All monies raised will go to Laura Lynn who offered huge support to the McDermott family and continue to offer support to families across the country as they face the greatest battles of their lives. The day promises to be full of fun, so we encourage everyone near and far to come and take part.

Monaghan Club Allstars: Monaghan GAA wish to extend an open invitation to you to attend the inaugural Club All-Star presentation night. The event takes place on Friday 23rd March in the Four Seasons Hotel, Monaghan and commences at 7.30pm.

The Club All-Star Awards will be the first of its kind for Monaghan GAA and we will formally recognise over sixty players involved in both football and hurling. All players will receive a special presentation to acknowledge their exceptional contribution during the 2017 championship campaign.

Well Done: Well done to the Faughs Ladies who put on a great Curry Night on Friday past in Iontas. Thanks to all who came out and generously supported this important event.

Well done to our players who will be recognised this coming Friday at the inaugural Club All-Star presentation night.
