Castleblayney Faughs Share Draw - Terms and Conditions
If you do not agree to these terms, do not use this site or buy a ticket for the draw. If you purchase a ticket you will automatically be bound by these terms.
By purchasing a ticket you shall also be deemed to acknowledge that you do so with full consent and full knowledge of these terms and conditions. Your participation will be deemed to be your undertaking that you satisfy this requirement and shall be deemed to be your unequivocal and express agreement to be bound by these terms.

The promoters of this competition are Castleblayney Faughs GFC Co. Monaghan, Republic of Ireland.
The Castleblayney Faughs GFC (the "Club") is established and conducting purposes not connected with gaming, wagering or lotteries. The purpose of this draw is for the ground/pitch development of the Club.
The draw is open to anyone worldwide subject to entry being restricted to natural persons over 18 years of age who has the requisite power and authority to understand and agree to these Terms and to carry out and perform the obligations as set out hereunder.
Only those who have purchased a Ticket (or a part share of a ticket) and have fully paid for the Ticket (or the part share of the ticket) before the draw are eligible to participate in this draw.
The first prize is €12,000. The owner of each share in the winning ticket is entitled to an equal share of the prize.
The prizes are non-transferable and only consist of what is listed on the draw’s website.
Cost of entry to the Share Draw is €100 for a ticket. A one sixth share of a single ticket costs €20 including additional charges where applicable.
By purchasing a Ticket, an entrant is deemed to accept these terms and conditions. The Club reserves the right to amend, update, revise, modify, add or remove portions of these Terms and Conditions at any time and for any reason. Where any term or condition is so modified, the Club will notify entrants, members and ticket holders of the nature of the change by publishing them on castleblayneyfaughs.com. Ticketholders are at all times bound by the terms and conditions as published on castleblayneyfaughs.com and your purchase of a ticket will be acceptance of an obligation that you must check this page frequently to ensure you are aware of changes which will be immediately binding once posted.
These Terms and Conditions contain all of the Terms which the Parties have agreed and supersede all other prior terms and conditions, understandings, arrangements or agreements, whether verbal or written, in relation to the competition.
Once purchased, no refunds will be issued except in the case of the cancellation of the draw in which case refunds will be issued excluding booking fees if applicable.
Each entrant may qualify for an additional five runner-up prizes in the draw, each worth €1,200. The owner of each share in the runner-up tickets is entitled to an equal share of the prize for that ticket.
If the ticket is gifted to a recipient that is found to be inappropriate, for instance because they are under 18, then the prize will revert back to purchaser of the ticket.
Neither the Club, Club Trustees nor any member of the executive committee of the Club, including the organisers of the draw, shall be liable for any loss suffered by any person participating in the draw.
The organisers of this draw shall not derive any personal profit from it.
The draw will be held on the 28th December 2019 in a venue to be announced. The organisers reserve the right to move the date of the draw.
No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received (or not received in full) for whatever reason.
The Club reserve the right to change the date of the draw due to any unforeseen circumstance.
The Club reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of any unforeseen circumstance or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the promoters' control. Any changes to the competition will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by the Club.
The decision of the Club in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into in respect of the competition or the competition result.
The Winning Ticket will be drawn by an independent person. The winner will be notified by email and/or phone . The Winners name will also be announced on the Website and relevant social media platforms. In the event that the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 21 days of notification, the Prize will be awarded to a new winner. In this event, any subsequent draw will take place in accordance with these Terms and conditions until a new winner is established.
The Club accept no responsibility for late, incomplete, incorrectly submitted, corrupted or misdirected entries, claims or correspondence whether due to error, omission, alteration, tampering, hacking, deletion, theft, destruction, transmission interruption, communications failure or otherwise. Furthermore, the club does not accept responsibility for entries it does not receive due to failures in computer systems, other malfunctions, high internet traffic, hardware failure, software failure, server faults or any other reason.
The winner agrees to the use of his/her name and image in any publicity material, as well as their entry. By purchasing the Ticket, all entrants confirm their agreement to take part in any associated publicity without additional payment or permission . Any personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current Irish data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent.
By accepting these terms and conditions all ticket holders (i.e. the data subjects) agree that personal data shall be collected and processed by the club as per their social media protocols and stored on the relevant club’s database and used for the administration of its ongoing relationship with ticket holders in connection with the draw. All ticket holders have the right to access their personal data by writing to the following address: email@example.com. The Club shall not be liable for any failure in the performance of any of its obligations if caused by factors outside its control.
These Terms and Conditions shall not create or be construed as creating any form of contract, joint venture or other agreement between the Ticket Holder and the Club.
The laws of the Republic of Ireland shall have application to these Terms and Conditions and the respective rights and obligations of each party hereto are governed by Irish Law.
