Club Strategic Plan: Last Friday night saw the first of our Club Development meetings which took place in the Glencarn Hotel, overall it was a great session with lots of engagement and ideas coming to the fore over the evening. Thanks to everyone who attended in such large numbers, the follow up subcommittee meetings will take place over the next few weeks were everyone will get their chance to have further input, remember that the next collective session is on April 8th in the Glencarn Hotel. Can we ask that everyone stays involved in the process so we can get the best possible outcome to the plan.

Senior Ladies: After the high of last week win against Tyholland came the defeat to Sean Mc Dermott’s at home in St.Marys Park, Sean’s played the better football in the first half and went in at half time with their noses in front despite a stronger second half from the girls , we couldn’t get the necessary scores to close the gap. Next week we travel to Doohamlet for the third game of the league, details of fixture will be texted out during the week.

Junior B: Our reserve league campaign got their league Campaign off to a winning start last Saturday afternoon when they travelled to Aughnamullen .Goals were the order of the day for the Faughs who scored five in total which proved vital in a Aughnamullen 2-13 to Faughs 5-08 win. Team was as follows: Paddy Conlon, Ethan McCann, Daniel McCarthy, Ruairi Farrell, Jimmy Walsh, Mark Kelly, Aiden McElroy, Damien Hughes, Jim McHugh, Mark Connor, Ronan McNamara, Fintan Finnegan, Kevin Mackin, Keith Hill, Gerry Brady. Subs: David Hughes for Mark Connor. Scorers: Aiden McElroy 0-1, Damien Hughes 0-1, Gerry Brady 2-2, Jim McHugh 2-1, Keith Hill 1-3 (0-1 Free). Well done lads good to get the league off to a good start.
