This Tuesday night, August 26th, sees the registration for Operation TransFAUGHSmation 2014 take place in Our Lady’s Secondary School Concert Hall from 7-9pm. The award winning programme, run by the Castleblayney Faughs, is always a big hit for people trying to improve their fitness while also having some fun along the way. Speaking last week at the launch chief organiser Tom Miller explained the success of the programme was its ability to live up to its motto of “a fun way to a healthier lifestyle”. We have retained many of the classes which have proved so successful in the past, we have added some new classes and all together they will provide you with 12 weeks of exercise. We have also managed to retained our price of €60. Interest seems to be huge this year, we have received a large volume of calls and texts enquiring about the programme so we anticipate that by Tuesday evening we will have a full programme. The best way to guarantee your spot on this year programme is to come along and register this Tuesday evening at 7pm”. Looks like it will be another great year at Operation TransFaughsmation.
