Fun in the Park: This week our Fun in the Park initiative was in Cresent Hill where everyone involved had great craic! Well done to all involved especially the boys and girls who participated. A special mention to all the coaches and players who attended and helped out in any way – it showed great community spirit
RFL: With no match during the past week for the senior team, it was the turn of the reserve team to take centre stage, and they certainly did that with a convincing win over Cremartin on a scoreline of 6-17 to 3-13. Well done to Stephen and the lads.
Under 10 Boys: Our U-10 boys travelled to Truagh last Saturday. They played with great strength and determination and no small amount of skill. The lads did great to reach the final so congratulations to all the players and their coaches – great work!
Faughs Summer Camp: Our annual The McMahons Centra Faughs Summer Camp takes place on the 9th-12th August. This promises to be a great event for the children from around our community and beyond. Application forms for the camp will be available at training over the coming weeks and also in McMahons Centra & Supervalu. We ask that you return the forms as soon as possible to help us plan for what promises to be an action packed Camp.
Under 8 & 10 Girls: There is a blitz this Saturday (10.00 – 12.00) involving teams from around the county for our girls U8 teams and U10 teams. If you can make it, come on down and support the girls at St. Marys Park.

Girls U8/U10: Training for the girls continues on Mondays, 6-7pm. Remember water and gum shield.
U6s: Thursday’s 6-6.50pm
Boys U8: Thursday’s 6-7pm. Remember water and gum shield.
